Escape Velocity

Escape velocity is the ability to leave a situation that isn’t helpful or desired.

So… What if you don’t like your job any more? What now?

What if you’d like to be home with the family more often, instead of grinding out more hours for low pay? What’s your plan?

What if you’re unhappy with your fitness and/or health levels? Can you do it on your own?

These are the challenges we all face.

My goal is to help you “escape” and find a better way. And to do that, we must build up our capabilities, our committed habits, our confidence and our pool of resources. Then use that to create enough momentum that it lifts us closer to the things we really want from life, and further away from the things and situations which hold us in their grasp.
